I can't recommend Alex Hodges and her service highly enough. She is exactly what I was looking for. I sold my home myself but was able to call Alex for expert advise. She reviewed my offers/contracts and gave me sage advice. She is very knowledgeable and was super responsive to all my questions and emails. By using her service to list my property on MLS, I had control of showings, control of the process but I had an expert on my side. Plus, I did use her sign in front of my house... and because it says, "Cottage Realty" I didn't have the "stigma" of "For Sale by Owner". We saved thousands and thousands of dollars.
